4ozGround lamb or beef
1/2cGround walnuts
1/2cChopped fresh parsley
2lgEggs, lightly beaten
1tsGround cinnamon
1tsGround mace
1tsGrated nutmeg
  About 1/2 teaspoon salt
  Ground black pepper to
  Taste

Combine all of the ingredients. Wrap loosely in a piece of cheesecloth and tie securely.
